Forensic Results provides behavioral psychology-driven marketing analysis, competitive intelligence audits, and marketing system deliverables for local businesses. Services are offered in three tiers: DIY (one-time), Guided (monthly), and Done-For-You (monthly), as described on our website and in service agreements.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business. By using our services, you represent that these conditions are met.

By providing your phone number and signing our Client Intake & SMS Opt-In Form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Forensic Results / Original Goodness Media LLC. These messages may include marketing audit delivery, appointment reminders, service updates, and business support communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Payment is due at the time of service selection. Monthly service agreements (Guided and Done-For-You tiers) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice; no refunds are issued for partial months already billed. DIY purchases are non-refundable once deliverables have been generated and delivered.
All marketing deliverables generated by Forensic Results are provided for your business use. We retain ownership of the underlying CPCS system, prompts, frameworks, and methodology. You retain ownership of business-specific content (your business name, brand voice, competitive positioning) incorporated into deliverables.
Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific business results, revenue increases, or marketing outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, business execution, and competition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Original Goodness Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We treat all client business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
